DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort will ring in the new year with a Las Vegas-themed dinner and live entertainment show on Sunday, Dec. 31. The New Year's Eve event will feature a casino royale, a dinner buffet and live entertainment by special guest impersonators of Neil Diamond, Marilyn Monroe and Elvis.

Festivities take place from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. in the hotel's Coquina Ballroom. Hors d'oeuvres will be served at 8:30 p.m., followed by an extensive dinner buffet at 9 p.m., featuring a Carving Station with beef tenderloin and slow roasted turkey; a Georgia Grit Station with a variety of grits toppings; an Atlantic Raw Bar with shrimp, oysters, mussels and blackened seared tuna; and a Bring in the New Year Lucky Station featuring the New Year's Eve traditions of pork, collard greens and black-eyed peas.

A Dessert Station will open at 10:30 p.m. and offer everything from flambé bananas foster with vanilla bean ice cream to tequila strawberry cheesecake shots. A champagne bar will be available from 11:30 p.m. to midnight. The full menu and complete party details are available here. 

In addition to the cuisine, a selection of red, white and sparkling wines, as well as imported and domestic beers are included with every ticket. Guests can enjoy other drink options at each cash bar.

All-inclusive tickets for the evening's festivities are $140 for singles and $245 for couples.
